Our friend Marian has just published her memoir of 9/11. It is an intense book that recounts the story of the loss of her firefighter husband Dave and both the personal and the political aftermath. It is at turns gripping, harrowing, heartbreaking, incredibly tender and most remarkably, hilarious. I highly recommend it for you and all your friends. And their friends. Buy this book.
